Guidlines

We infuse our passion and our personality into everything we do. This is true in the office, in all customer interactions, and on social media. In fact, social media represents a unique and powerful opportunity for connecting with our customers, clients, and potential employees.

But social media has no power without an authentic voice—your voice. Social messaging works best when there are real people with genuine intentions behind every profile, blog or post. That’s where you play an integral part, because your unique knowledge and passion for Atlantic Grupa will go a long way in embodying our voice. Allow us to provide you with some helpful guidelines to prepare you for spreading the word and sharing your knowledge through social media.

Fun Fact: Employee-reach via personal social media profiles is greater than branded channels and there's a trust between customers and individuals that's not there for the brand accounts.1

And finally. With all the blogging and social media interacting, don't forget your daily job... ;)

Note: Atlantic Grupa profiles on LinkedIn and YouTube are the only official social media channels our company has. All other social media profiles are not affiliated with our company nor is it permitted to open social media accounts in Atlantic Grupa’s name and/or affiliate companies without the approval of Corporate Communications.

Linkedin

LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional social network and we’ve chosen it to unveil the curtains of everyday life at Atlantic Grupa in order to attract the best talent on the market. There are several ways you can benefit from playing an active role in achieving this goal.

Get yourself connected

Throughout anyone’s career, at one point or another, they’ll say ‘it’s not what you know, it’s who you know’. So, it’s important to keep in touch with the professionals you meet during your career, and even though you might have many colleagues as Facebook friends, LinkedIn is the only professional way to connect with them.

Picture perfect profile

You and your work are a reflection of our company, just as your social media profile is a reflection of you. Your personal LinkedIn profile gives you the chance to create a personal brand, showing off your career achievements, skills, and experience. Here are some basic things to keep in mind:

Be More Involved on Social Media

A LinkedIn blog is the perfect format for showcasing what you do, how you interact with your team, or what you have learned from your experiences. It’s a great way to promote your team’s efforts, attractive projects that can attract new colleagues and get feedback from the professional community. It’s no surprise that some of our colleagues are using it as we speak. Check out what Mojca, Andrea and Helga said about their workdays in Atlantic.

You can always put up a post that highlights how we create – our brands, our partnerships, our business – and ultimately our success.

Fun Fact: Did you know you can easily share news from our internet page? Simply click on the LinkedIn Share button under the article’s title and fill in the LinkedIn share dialogue.

Tip: when sharing our stories about our work and experiences in Atlantic company, try using our official hashtags #worksforus #oceanofopportunities and mention Atlantic Grupa by tagging it (type @Atlantic Grupa, and choose it from a drop-down menu).

What if you don't want to be involved?

Social media accounts are personal in many respects. Some people only like to share cute pictures. Others talk about politics, or have complete separation when it comes to work and personal accounts. That’s ok with us – kittens are cute and politics is important. We certainly don’t want you to feel forced to be company’s cheerleader in public or on social. If you don’t care, don’t share and that’s ok.
